They say love comes along when you are not looking for it. Never more true than with my new love, DW. It’s a long story, but she was a friend of a friend who I had met through MyYearbook.com. The more we talked (and you know how I hate to talk) the more we connected. She lives a couple of hours away, so we texted or we chatted on Windows Live or we talked on Skype, every day. She finally came to meet me a few weeks ago and it was incredible from the second we met. One day wasn’t nearly enough.

We had agreed to meet in the Wal-Mart parking lot just to make it easier for her. When she pulled up and stepped out of the van we gave each other a big hug. I was pleasantly surprised that she was gorgeous, but it was more the warmth of her hug. After a quick stop for her to meet my cousin we headed off to find Professor’s Lake. It was very telling that we had hardly got going and we were already holding hands in the van. We eventually found the lake, no thanks to me, and we were soon sitting together on the beach, wrapped in each others arms, sweltering in the heat but not caring. Everything was so comfortable and natural between us and I felt I had found the love of my life.

From the lake we stopped at a bar I knew in Brampton and we sat out on the patio. With each drink I got a little more bold and before long my hands were up under her dress, caressing her legs. I could tell she was enjoying it and we finally couldn’t stand it anymore and left the bar. We went to a little park I knew in Churchville and we found a little secluded spot down by the river. One thing led to another and, well…

After much texting, chatting and talking, she came back yesterday and we had almost two days of perfection. The weather was awesome and we took full advantage of it, spending time on a patio on the waterfront (first picture), going over to the island (next photos), walking around downtown and going to the Sunnyside Pavilion Cafe today to bask in the sunshine. Our timing both days was perfect because we got to see them practicing for the air show yesterday and today. The perfect blue skies made for dazzling shows both days. It all ended too soon, but hopefully we will see each other real soon.
